I used the hint and the puzzle requires letters that are not in the letter bank. (Ex: "platel" are the letters to choose from but when I use a hint, the word of the puzzle start with a "c". Can't move forward. probably gonna delete it at this point. used the contact form to report the issue and it gives an error message.

As of several weeks ago, the game freezes either as it's loading or between levels. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing corrects the problem. My Samsung tab A was purchased in 2017. I dont know if this is a problem due to an old system or a game update. I miss this game!

advertisementsperformance_and_bugsAfter the update, this great game has become total garbage. The ads, which were already awful, have become insufferable. The ads now pop up in the middle of gameplay with sound you can't turn off. They literally spent time making little soap bubbles that float all over the screen with an ad in it while you are trying to play the game. They are unskippable, loud, and intrusive. Total uninstall.
